Rapazotes was born from the desire of honor the family legacy and to perpetuate an intimate relationship; of love, respect and passion for Douro’s heritage(s)… The territory, its people and the wine.
Our story is not about wine, but an history for and by wine. Stories of affections, passions and unique experiences, fed by the history and the soul of a people and a river, of a culture full of slow memories and timeless character. Ours is a story of love(s) and dreams… of ideas and ambitions.

Vineyards
Our wines evoke a sense of legacy – rooted in our lives and experiences – that enriches us and we aspire to share with others … for generations.
Owning properties located in the sub-region Douro – Cima Corgo, we decided to be conceptually faithful to that same legacy.
Our vineyards, located in the municipality of São João da Pesqueira, have unique topographic and hydric characteristics, which make them privileged for the production of Douro DOC and Port.
Located at altitudes between 110 and 400 meters and with general orientations to northwest and northeast, the vineyards have excellent conditions for the creation of wines with an intense and complex character. Some parcels have particular microclimates that convey the elegance and balance present in our blends.
Our vineyards are the unique and exclusive origin of our wines. All production is made from the selective choice of grapes from our properties, of which we harvest some of the most traditional grape varieties present in Douro – Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca.
