VINIFICATION
Upon arrival at the winery, a second choice of grapes is made. After
destemmed, they go to the traditional granite mills, where
alcoholic fermentation takes place. Foot treading, done for 7/8 days,
allows a better control of the maceration and extraction of the grape. Intends
creating a red from the Douro, but without underestimating the elegance and
character of the vines that give rise to it. From the mill passes to stainless steel vats
where the malolactic fermentation takes place.

INTERNSHIP
The wine ages in French oak barrels – 225 liters and used –
for 12 months.

TEST RESULTS
In color, it is a ruby red.
On the nose, it is intense and dominated by black fruits, spices and cocoa.
In the mouth, it is fruity, complex, with slight balsamic sensations and
vanilla. It is a red with soft and velvety tannins, accompanied by
with a freshness that impresses throughout the tasting. Long aftertaste.
