In pneumatic stainless steel vats with controlled temperature.

Four year aging in wood.


Tasting Notes

Colour – dark colour with slight brown tinges.

Scent – Intense and complex aroma, notes of ripe fruits and jam.

Flavour – Soft and balanced inside the mouth with notes of wood, fruit and a medium finishing.
