Vinification Technique

Slight fermentation in leaching tubs with self-vinifiers and controled temperature.

Aging in wood.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Light golden yellow.

Scent: With spice and almond notes.

Flavour: In the mouth you can feel the structure of the stage in wood, but soft, fresh and to note well the sugar of the grape. The notes of spices and freshness are persistent at the end of the mouth
