Produced from a field blend of more than 20 different grape varieties from very old vines grown in schist terraces, this wine fermented in traditional lagares with foot tread and aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Presents an intense, complex and elegant profile provided by the identity of the old vineyards.

GRAPE VARIETIES | Field blend of more than 20 different traditional Douro varieties, from vineyards aged between 70 and 100 years old.

VINEYARDS | The vineyards are grown under environmental protection system, without the use of any irrigation system, allowing a balanced production and optimum extraction of the potential of each grape variety.

HARVEST | Grapes manually harvested from carefully selected vineyards during the second half of September.

AGEING | The wine aged for 18 moths in French oak barrels.
