Vinification Techniques

In leaching tubs with self-vinifiers and controled temperature.

Three year aging in wood.


Tasting Notes

Cor: Ruby with brown softs.

Scent: Ripe fruit with pleasant notes of raisin.

Flavour: Full-bodied, it fills the mouth harmoniously and without aggression. It has an excellent balance between structure and natural sweetness. In the mouth are noted the ripe fruit, fine vanillas and a prolonged persistence in the mouth.
