ACCOMPANIMENT:
Cheese with a strong aroma, red meat and spicy dishes.

OENOLOGY

HARVEST DATE: October 2007.
VINIFICAÇÃO: Vinification by the most traditional methods in granite vats.
AGEING: 14 months in oak barrels.
