Produced from a field blend of grapes from old vines (about 20 different varieties aged between 70 and 100 years), this White Vinhas Velhas represents the traditional Douro in its purest state. It has a citrus color, a fresh and fruity aroma and a complex flavor with a long and persistent finish.
VARIETIES | Old multivariety vines, traditional from the Douro, aged between 70 and 100 years.
VINEYARDS | The vines are cultivated according to the integrated environmental production system, without the use of an irrigation system, allowing balanced production and an optimal extraction of the potential of each variety.
HARVEST | Grapes harvested by hand from plots of old vines, during the first half of September.
AGING | Stainless steel vats.
